The shop

Started in a garage in 2020.

I started woodworking in my dad's garage during the 2020 lockdowns and never stopped. Every Doug & Co. board still comes out of that garage, made by me.

The process

How it's made.

i.

The Cut

Wood is selected for grain and color, cut to size, then clamped together for an overnight glue-up.

ii.

The Shape

Trimmed on the miter saw, planed flat, and orbital-sanded up to 300 grit.

iii.

The Mark

Every board gets the Doug & Co. stamp on the back.

iv.

The Finish

Hand-rubbed with food-grade mineral oil, then packed and shipped to your door.

Made by hand. Built to last.

Every board is cut, sanded, stamped, and oiled by Sean. No factory. No subcontractors.
