The process

How it's made.

i.

The Cut

Selected for grain, cut, and glued overnight.

ii.

The Shape

Trimmed, planed flat, sanded to 300 grit.

iii.

The Mark

Stamped Doug & Co. on the back.

iv.

The Finish

Hand-rubbed with food-grade mineral oil.

Made by hand. Built to last.

Cut, sanded, and oiled by one person. No factory.
